Valorant vs CSGO: Is Valorant better than Counter-Strike?

Riot has recently launched the new 5v5 character-based tactical shooter game; Valorant. You have probably heard of it, there is so much hype around it because CSGO fans are saying that Valorant is a total rip off of their favorite game. Now let’s dive right into it.

I am a pro-Counter-Strike player and I have been playing that game since 2014 and I have spent many hours playing that game. Honestly, CSGO has smooth superior movement and gunplay but the developers give almost no updates to the game and on top of it, their anti-cheat vac is completely useless. That’s why there are so many hackers playing csgo. In almost every match I have come across hackers using Aimbot or wallhack. And truth be told, developers of CSGO have done nothing to prevent this issue. I am tired of hackers using Aimbot and Wallhacks in CSGO; ruining the gameplay for everyone.

Valorant is a newly published game by Riot games and it has better net code, abilities and it is more visually pleasing than CSGO. They have even introduced new female characters with unique bizarre abilities. It would be a nice change of pace to be able to purchase skins on agents. Valorant covers a wide majority of gamers because valorant is intended to be easier than CSGO, said Shroud.

When the valorant trailer was released I was so thrilled. And the reason is that this game is developed by Riot Games, the same people behind League of legends which had no hackers because their Anti Cheat software is so secure and over the years they have given us so many new updates and security patches of LOL. So I believed that there won’t be any hackers in Valorant either.

Unfortunately, I recently did some research and came across many sites providing Aimbot for valorant which came as a shock to me. But hopefully, the developers will solve this issue soon with their updates. Both valorant and CSGO seem very similar in a way they are played out, but the abilities and characters in valorant make it similar to Overwatch instead of Counter-strike.
